What is the HTS policy on firmware?

HTS prioritizes operational transparency regarding Intellectual Property (IP). While we provide comprehensive hardware maintenance, component replacement, and L3 engineering labor, firmware updates are the proprietary property of the OEM. We support our clients by: 

  • Executing installations of firmware and microcode updates for which the client has existing legal entitlements or active licenses. 
  • Maintaining hardware stability at existing “gold-build” firmware levels to ensure multi-vendor interoperability.
